Project News: SEALIVE research featured by Tomas Bata University in Zlín
Professor Marek Koutný, Head of the Department of Environmental Protection at Tomas Bata University in Zlín (Czech Republic) leads the University’s contribution to SEALIVE. His research was the subject of a recent feature by the University, focusing on the project’s potential to help tackle the single-use plastics problem. The article was also published in local media.
Tomas Bata University in Zlín (TBU) is a public higher education institution in the Czech Republic. It is a medium sized university with about 10 000 students and more than 500 employees. TBU has 6 faculties and several research centres. The Faculty of Technology’s academic, scientific and research activities mainly focus on chemistry and technology of polymer materials, materials engineering, environmental engineering, food and packaging technology and cosmetics.
